General Conditions 

Exchanging a defective item:

In no more than seven (7) days after receiving the product and noticing any defect, the following conditions must always be respected:

In case of defective merchandising, it may not show signs of usage and/or washing, it must be in perfect condition and the internal label must be attached to it.The product will be analyzed in, maximum, fifteen (15) days, and a solution will be presented to the costumer.

The period described above may be extended according to the customer's confirmation. 

Exchange in case of personal dissatisfaction:

 It will be done in no more than seven (7) days, after receiving the product - it may not show signs of usage and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition, with the label attached to it.

Exchange regarding withdrawal:

It will be done in no more than seven (7) days, after receiving the product - it may not show signs of usage and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition, with the label attached to it.

Exchange because of size or color:

It will be done in no more than seven (7) days, after receiving the product - it may not show signs of usage and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition, with the label attached to it.

Exchange for another product:

It will be done in no more than seven (7) days, after receiving the product - it may not show signs of usage and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition, with the label attached to it.

Note:

Swimwear and Underwear cannot be exchanged, unless verified by Technical Report or manufacturing defect.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Business and policies are for e-commerce only, it is not possible to exchange items in stores; not even the return procedures.

The costumer will take care of the return procedures, adding to the information requested personal data and current bank account, to refund the amount paid in case it’s not possible to refund by credit card.

Your request, whatever it may be, will only be analyzed through the conditions mentioned for each hypothesis, and also the following:

Applications will only be accepted within the authorization of the credit card administrator for the amount requested for purchase, or through a bank, which can occur in one or two business days after payment.

The address to return the product and the authorization code (which is essential) will be informed by e-mail (onlinestore@anunciacao.com). Products shipped without prior notice will not be returned to the costumer.

The product must be accompanied by the original receipt, having the reverse side filled out and signed. The authorization obtained by e-mail should be printed and attached to it.

If the product is not according to the conditions described in this Policy Exchange, Anunciação reserves the right to return the product immediately without previous notice, being the costumer the responsible for shipping it.

When receiving a product for exchanging analysis, Anunciação will confirm its arrival by sending an e-mail with the product conditions, within three (3) working days.

It will be done after receiving the product and the analysis by Anunciação Distribution Center.
